We have a workstation with Windows XP. We want to be very limited/restrictive in it use. Is there a way to lock the user from right-clicking on the network connection icon and opening it?

mr.sunil has posted as might be given password using "ren", but "ren" command does not work from Windows NT. In your case it may happen that you might not be having user level rights to access that perticular file, or that that file might be encrypted with the older OS.
