What happens if a profile is federated to DMGR at that time when it is stopped? What happens to the applications under the Servers in WebSphere 6.0

There is no impact on running of applications on the servers when the DMGR is in running or  in stopped state. DMGR is just only for admin purpose only.. NO applications r running on DMGR

If node agent is not running , the corresponding the application will not  b  served thru that particular server... if the application is deployed on multiple servers, the remaining  servers will serve the application request..
