As I told you earlier that I'm from a communication background and marketing is all related to communication, its like how well you can?communicate to your prospects. And therefore I will be sucessful to a greater extent.

The main thing found difficult to do is to get the work done by others(subordinates).Description: When you will in charge of managing a department, you will be asked for everything by your CEO and to avoid that you must be getting the work done by your department workers

@above.... well said....5 years is very short span when comes to ones professional life. The main idea of this short-term goal can be of the 'managerial' post. One can perform excellently in his current job profile and get there.
