Every report having some report tabs. The report tab which was created from the base report is called base report and nothing but the exact duplicate of the base report.

The deployment of templates created can be done 1) Publish the report to the corporate documents of the users. 2) Publish the report to the user inbox . This can be done. After creating the report. File -> Publish to -> Corporate documents.
