If Datastore is down, then you wont be able to make any changes in App Center, however users will not be impacted LHC will come in play and provide required data for applications.

If licence server goes down, then we have 30 days of grace period in which there is no effect on connected and connecting users.

If License server goes down, nothing will be impacted, application will be running fine for 30 days, that is the grace period, once License server is up grace period will be reset.

server . to know that grace period edit the license file in notepad and type GP= then you will get the grace period of the license......

Data store can be recreated by the *.mdb file  which is located at %program files/Citrix/Indipendent Architectute Management%this file can be moved to another server and a data base connectivity and be created using ODBC and creating a *.dsn file.
