Hi, my total year of exp. is 3 yrs. I was working as System engineer through out my career, now I got an offer for Business process lead in grade BPO3 from Infosys, they are giving me good hike almost 60 percent. I accepted the offer and now working for infosys.

HR is saying I am being hired for an IT project, although my grade is BPO3 (Business process lead) I will be working in IT project.

Yeah companies do ask 60% throughout!but there are some companies which ask your B.Tech score only.probably , i think Accenture asks 60%inB.tech.So best of luck.

Infosys,TCS requires only 60% in graduation.. but it is must in 10th also..Wipro - a bit not possible bcos, they req. 75+ in BTech.so try some other companies, there are lot of companies who req 60 % in B.Tech alone.

Hi as far as i know, i think  ALMOST  all(if not all) companies look  your whole academic performance(NOT CURRENT DEGREE ONLY).But if u have 60% throughout,then it is fine!
