i m pursuing B.TECH final year.i attended campus interview of 10 top most companies.but i cleared aptitude &G.D in hcl. then they rejected me in technical round.after that i didn't select in any company,because i was not cleared aptitude round.though I am working hard i do not know the reason why i didn't select?Is there any way to attend the off campus in final year.if it possible ,plz..tell me how...

Hi, my total year of exp. is 3 yrs. I was working as System engineer through out my career, now I got an offer for Business process lead in grade BPO3 from Infosys, they are giving me good hike almost 60 percent. I accepted the offer and now working for infosys.

HR is saying I am being hired for an IT project, although my grade is BPO3 (Business process lead) I will be working in IT project.
