MCA and MBA

I did my BCA, MCA and MBA 2016. Frankly speaking I am not at all good at Coding, I love Management oriented work. Now I have 4+ yrs of experience, very hard worker (Central Govt. Project). Can I go for Software industry or Suggest me what to choose. My goal is to reach top Post in an organization/Co..Please help me to reach my goal.
