Steel pipe having only tension property. so it has small compressive property. so it does not trust the compressive load upto 15 tonnes

May or may not, it will depend upon Shape of cross section (moment of inertia), end condition if it is going under buckling instability, and if it is behaving as short column then based upon cross section available we can say whether it will suffice for new load (15 ton)?
