Hi,
I have been working with Acc**ture for last 2 years and 7 months after my engineering from MIT, manipal, karnataka.
My field of work is Manual Functional Testing (both UI and Database testing) and reporting.
Though the work is interesting for a new Joinee, but for me after 2 and a half years it is being monotonous work with limited options of enhancing my learning in the same field.
I want to change the Career path. My interest is more towards Business side, probably Business Analyst or Strategist.
My question is:
-Should I stick for a few more years here only, or look for a job change?
-Since I want to move on and grow, how can I change the career path from technical to business side?
-If you have a better advice than my doubts, then please show me some path.
