Peer Review :The review which happens with in the team.
Eg: In my project,5 testers are present. I Have written Testcases , the other(among the 4) will review the testcases written by me.

There are two types of reviews, one is peer review(Internal review) which is done in internally in team members, and other one is external review it will be done by clients side.

Review:
It a process in which the work products and products are been reviewed by the interested parties and approval is been taken for them. Review can be a Formal review or an Informal review.

Peer Review:
It is an evaluation of work done by any peer (colleague) to certify the work done.
