Should I join company if I cleared interview at second attempt ?

I have recently got offer letter from CMMI level 5 company (mindtree).
However, I cleared the interview in the second attempt. At first attempt I failed to clear first round itself. Should I inform company that I had already attended interview before (withing a month)?
If I join company without informing would it cause any problem?
