REPRO is used to copying from Sequential dateset to VSAM
dateset and vice versa.i.e populating datas to VSAM files.
IEBGENER is used to copy ps to ps,pds member to member,pds
member to ps,ps to pds member.used for concatenation many
dataset.
IEBCOPY is used to copy from pds to pds

I wanted to know which utility (IDCAMS, IEBCOPY, IEBGENER) is the most efficient to copy big sequential FB file?

IEBGENER is used to copy ps to ps,
IEBCOPY is used to copy from pds to pds.
REPRO is used to copying from Sequential dateset to VSAM
date set and vice versa.
