What is the difference body & neutral earthing ?

Body earthing is use to ground the potential that gets on body of equipment if theres shot circuit or any fault in quipment (motor winding getting shot with motor body), in order to protect humans from getting shock.
Neutral earthing is useful to maintain the balancing of three phase voltages to equal values even in case of unbalanced load. This will avoid high voltages & low voltages that may occur in one of the phases if theres a heavy load unbalance
