Voltage is nothing but potential difference that is applied across a terminal. the units for voltage or potential difference is volts
when coming to emf it is elector motive force that was induced in a conductor of particular length this is developed to magnetic phenomenon ie due to change flux linkages . The units for emf is volt/meter. In our general study we consider 1metre and treat the emf units as volts up to my knowledge i know this much if any thing was wrong forgive me!!

Voltage is the potential difference applied between the two terminals, where as EMF is the electromotive force induced in the conductor due to the voltage because of the floe of the current.

Voltage exist only for a closed circuit whereas emf exist for a open circuit.
