How is bursting process initiated

Once the reports are created then how is bursting process initiated what i mean to say is that how these reports ar loaded in burst and then why is that enmail content bursted i mean how the tabular format of report is splitted to multiple users

Report bursting is performed at CMC, where the Personalization and scheduling is done for Publication to each required user.
