What is base partitioning in DataStage how we can implement

There is no such a question like base partitioning.Based on the requirement the partitioning method of the stage changes.Mostly we will follow auto i.e., datastage will take RoundRobin by default(auto).Partitioning method same will improve the performance characteristics of datastage job.
