Answer is Gratuity = ((basic/26)*15)*41.5

Gratuity calculation - upto 5 year 21 days basic salary after 5 years 30 days of basic salary

Ex: gratuity 3 years service that company

basic salary - 3000
=((3000*12)/ 365) * 21 this is the formula

Gratuity= Basic/26*15*41
(41 yr and 6 months =41 yr)
bcz you will have to round up till 6 months
