select "file" menu click on new

select "blank" click ok

from "tool box" drag the table drop on blank layout

set the no.of coloumns: 2

set the no.of rows:   2

select show doarders: click right

click ok.

from :tool box" drag the list, drop in coloumn1(row1)

drag the chart, drop on col2(row1)

drag the cross tab, drop on col1(row2)

drag the chart, drop on col2(row2).

fill the templates with neccessary query items

from "run" menu click on " run report".
