Optimal Page Replacement refers to the removal of the page that will not be used in the future, for the longest period of time. It is the reverse of Least Recently Used.
For Eg: You have the reference string 1,2,3,4,5
and your frame currently contains 1,5,2
Here, you choose 5 to replace since its is referenced last.
