Head and Tail

I live in water, if you cut my head am at your doors, if you cut my tail am a fruit. if you cut both head and tail am with you

Well its Pearl ---- lives in water
earl ---- when cut the head ( at ur door)
Pear ---- when you cut tail (i am fruit)
ear ---- cut both head and tail (i am with you)
