There is a concept of Merge Dimension in BO 6.5. By using Merge Dimension we can get two data Providers data in a single report.


Merge Dimension can be done by merging the only dimesion object with the same data type.

Linking a data provider to another data provider in the Deski Reports

  1. Select the dimension to be linked in the Data Providers box.
  2. Select the Definition tab.
  3. Click Link To.
    The Define Link Between Dimensions dialog box appears.
  4. Select the dimension to be linked to the dimension you selected in step 1.
  5. Click OK to close the Define Link Between Dimensions dialog box.
