I personally feel that there is no drawback in any career one chooses....the thing is hw good we are different from others...if we have good suject command and good communication skills........no one can stop us.....

some people may think that HR career has some drawbacks because ,very few postions are left in any company for HR.....

But.HR postion is the keyjob and backbone for any organisation.......if ur the best u will get a good career and get into new heights...........think postive alwayzz

There may be thousands of people coming into market for same position..but..if ur confident u can gain good results in any career u choose...

 So.friendz..juniors......peers....alwayz b confident and workhard.........
