1)sometimes Understanding the requirement will not be clear as per the business

2)you develop one code by understanding one requirement but from onsite(client) again they will tell u the changes
to do repeatedly on same code this happens when the onsite people only is not clear about business which may effect u or frustrate you

3)rare case , but even this happens I mean whatever code you develop and share with onsite they will change ua code and resend you to do few more changes which will confuse you .

4)Deadlines to complete the work and move it to production on a given date.

Performance issues plays a major role , some reports take a lot of execution time due to the huge amount of data retrieval
