Response time is decreasing when we increase the no of vusers

Hi everyone, i m using load runner to test the performance of siebel application but after running the script in controller ,first graph between response time and no of users shows that response time is decreasing as we increase the no of users.
So does someone have any idea why it is happening.

It's possible that your vusers are sharing session objects.  You may have uncovered a security risk.
