Follow the steps below to publish and access Series 7 PowerPlay cubes.
Create Data Source in Cognos Connection
1. From Cognos Connection click Tools and then Directory.
2. Select the Data Sources tab and then the new data source button.
3. In the Name box, type a name and then click Next.
4. In the connection page, under type click Cognos PowerCube, select an isolation level, and then click Next.
The connection string page for the selected database appears.
5. In the Windows location box, type the location of the mdc file.
which must include the name of the file in the windows location. 8. To test whether the parameters are correct, click Test.
9. Click Finish.

Create a Project in Framework Manager and Publish the package.
10. In Framework Manager Click Open Existing Project
11. Publish the package located under Packages.
12.Launch Analysis Studio to analyze the cube data in your web browser
