Yes, In the Object Navigator, double-click the object icon beside the desired text item to display the Property Palette. Under the List of Values (LOV) node, set the LOV property by entering the name of the LOV you want to attach to the text item. Set the LOV's display coordinates by setting the List X Position and List Y Position properties.
