Definitely Windows Authentication Mode. Firstly, the Windows security policy is used to authenticate is employed at user login reducing extra overhead. Secondly, if we implement any extra group policy for a Windows domain, it will automatically propagated to all the users of the database having the same Windows user group reducing DBA's task.
