I know at least five: Job Flexfield (Code: JOB), Position Flexfield (Code: POS), Grade flexfield (Code:GRD), Soft coded flexfield  and Personal analysis flexfield (Code:PEA)

There are 8 Key Fields, Namely
1. Job KeyFlexFields.
2. Position KeyFlexFields.
3. Grade KeyFlexFields.
4. Cost Allocation FlexFields.
5. Competence FlexFields.
6. People Group FlexFields.
7. personal analysis flex field
8. banking flex fields

They following are totally 12 Key Flex Fields (KFFs) being used in Oracle HCM out of which 6 (01 to 06) KFFs are mandatory (*) in Oracle Human Resource Application.

06) Cost Allocation (Payroll) (*)
07) Bank Details (Payroll)
