go to mm02 t.code enter ur mat no. select overscreen in that u select basic data 1,here u will find basic unit of measure u can change

Go to MM02 then enter the material no go to sales org data 1 screen then go to Additional data  and we can change the  sale unit of measure.We cannot chabge the basic unit of measure.
