First the report should be developed in XML tag,because it is easier to convert into optio.
2.The driver for optio you have to install it in Apps server.
3.Make a queue setup in Optio.
4.Make a setup for Optio to printer,fax,email.
5.Run the request from Apps for the particular report.It will hit the Optio server then it will goes to the target where it should go like printer,fax,email.
