Go To Record Field Properties of the DEPT_TBL for MGRID and give PS_EMPL_TBL as the prompt table.

join the two tables:
select E.EMPLID
from PS_EMPL_TBL E
, PS_DEPT_TBL D
where D.MGRID = E.EMPLID
