Auto-testing Pros and Cons:-

Pros:
90% application can be covered.
Time to test module will take minimal.
Regression test will be easy, as we can add script any point of time.
Less man power is required.

Cons:
Costly
Need highly skilled people.

Pros:
Fast:Automation can run tests significantly faster than human users
Reliable
Repetable
Reusability
Comprehensive

Cons:
Costly
Cannot test for complex logic
It cannot detect actual defect whether in TestScript or in application
