What is the difference between DIMENSION and DIMENSION TABLE

Hi,

In my view Dimension in general means One angle or prespective through which we look at.In Fact in DWH enviornment We reffer the Dim as Dim table.

dimension table having more number of attributes(dimension) where as dimension is single attribute

DIMENSION means an attribute or characteristic or behaviour

DIMENSION TABLE means a table contains different dimensions.
