1)First create a Class which is a normal material using t.code CL01.

2)Create characters to that class using CT04.

3)Assign these characters to the class using tcode CL02.

4)Create a Configurable material with Tcode MMK1.

5)In MMK1 in classification tab give ur "class" what u have defined and do the rest of the things common and save.

6) Go to CU41 and create a Configurable profile to the material

7) Give the prices to configurable material and the characters using VA00.

8) Create a sales order to the material and u can see the popup.
