Why combobox value are changed after coming to that page through back btton of browser of curent page

The value of combobox is changed when a user comes back after clicking the back button of internet explorer. There is a property named PostBack of all web components. when the user clicks on back button it calls the postback property of component and it refresh the connection or page.
