step down load time: 120sec  max.32000sec

http req time: 120sec, max1000sec

connection time out: same

It sounds too weird to wait 32000 seconds (8.8 hours) even in worst n critical scenario. Conventionally, it shuld be around 40-60 seconds and it should never be over 2 minutes.
