There are many places where you can learn sap from. There is no specific qualification for learning sap. You have to decide on whether you want to get into the technical aspect of sap or financial aspect of sap and based on that you can pursue the course. Hope this clarifies your query.

Sachin, simply successful course completion will not get a job.Try to learn different modules in SAP in any good institutes near your area and keep applying for jobs. In the starting you may find a bit difficult to enter. But dont lose your hopes. Keep trying. Once you get the catch then you can climb the ladder very easily. All the Best.

Hi Sachin,

First, what is your educational background? For Eg, If you are an MBA (FInance) or ICWA or CA, then you can go for the SAP FICO module. Again, if you have decided to do SAP then you should do it from Seimens, so that you can get Certified from SAP. Secondly, dont have the idea that getting certified is easy, cause the Certification exam is quite dicey. Paasing percentage is 70% & I have seen many people getting stuck at 68-69%. Thirdly dont expect that just after getting Certified Co's will run after you with a Offer Letter in hand, REMEMBER, getting the first break in SAP is tough, because most CO's look for experienced guys.

Relax, my intention is not to scare you.It is always good to know the pitfalls from the beginning.

On the brighter side, SAP Certified people are highly remunerated after 1-1.5 yrs of experience & lastly despite of all the pitfalls there are many successful SAP Consultants, so it is tried & tested formula.

Go Ahead, but make sure you have good idea about business processes in your specialization areas.
