I am MCA 2003 passed out ,one year i worked as computer faculty after that i joined one small company as java developer but i got a work of web designing , Now i am having 2 years of exp in web designing , is there any exposure for web development pls suggest mer shall i shift to development ?

you can go for Java developer , it has good career , if u have good enough in java some of the company like IBM  hiring for SAP ABAP whose having the knowldge in JAVA,

I suggest u u can try on JAVA , u will definitly get good job

I would advice not to shift your career too much within short span of time. Already within a short span you have made several shifts from faculty then java developer to a web designer. If you plan to shift to web development do that but stick to that firmly and go in that line which would give you a great future.

Training can be helpful to you. You can traing yourself in any domain like testng and others. Or even you can join any institute for any of domain from testing, development or project management.
Just learn the things according to your interest and then you can gather knowledge upto the mark that you can join according to your interest.
