1. Its only considering Human resource. Its having the answer from the Human Resource itself.In this course only having the training while the period of acadamic. Its respectively teach's the right behavior to candidates.



2. Finally its says the rule of government to follow by the Employer for Employee.

As Human Resource is the only resource in the four factors of production which updates its value with use/passage of time

HR is the only field where one get relates to or understanding of other domains like IT, marketing, finance etc as HR not only interacts but sometimes even deals with every one from junior level to senior level and to the business leads.
