Hi,
         You can go through the "Testing Computer Software" book, which is written by Cem Kaner, Jack Falk, Hung Quoc Nguyen. This book consists of 15 chapters. The authors of this book have high management experience in software development. It would help you much.

Software Testing by RAN POTTON.

It is the best book for manual testing. My advise is self preparation is more important in manual testing.
