1.LoadRunner tuning console uses to solve the performance bottlnecks as Appserver bottlenecks,DBserver bottlenecks,Application bottlenecks and Network bottlenecks because bottlenecks you may find in the above mentioned modules.

2.No of Vusers will be depending on the Benchmarking or Liecencing               (I have done with 500 Vusers) 

3.While Running the Scenario in the LoadController we can view the graphs those are called as Online Monitors
