For this you have to install excel add in .

Once the add in got installed ,in the defect tab, select all defects(ctrl+A) and right click.

You will find an option named"save as...---->excel".

Hi,
Do this:
1. Select all defects in TD (left mouse key depressed)
2. CTRL-C (Copy into the clipboard)
3. open Excel
4. CTRL-V (paste all items)
5. Save as .XLS file

I tried Second one its not working, when you select defect copy into Clipboard and past in the Excel, its pasing only defect no..

if am not wrong, the only whey to save into Excel is we need select file, Rlight click and Save As option there we can get into Excel.


if its worg pls correct me
