-automation frame work is nothing but , a plan for automation testing of an application, like what should be automated, how it can be automated , including creation of compile modules, what are the scenarios that can be automated in the application.... what are all the testcases ....so before starting automation testing of any application we prepare automation frame work and depending on that we write scripts and perform automation testing

-complex testcases or simple testcases depend upon the projects that u will be handling u have to tell some of the example testcases for ur project which come under those categories

-testing process

1.initial testplan

2.final testplan

3.writing testcases

4.reviewing testcases

5.executing testcases

6.reporting bugs

7.regression testing

8.closing a bug

Complext test cases:

· Multiple tasks performed.
· Doing complex calculations.
· Accessing the data from multiple tables from the database.
· Updating data to multiple tables in the database.
Simple Test cases:
· Simple entry in the UI.
· Display of simple popup windows without any data population.
· GUI enable and disable.
· No validation checks performed.
Root Cause Analysis: what made the developer to make bug
Frame work means: Its a test strategy
Testing Process: Test requrirement analysis, test planning, test devlopment, execution, bug reporting
Automation Testing approach: Preapare to record, Recording the applicaton, Enhancing the script, debugging the script, running the script, analyzing the defects, reporting the defects.
