Organization Process Definition - An Organization is said to establish and maintain a usable set of process assets and standards. Process Assets for an organization is typically metrics consolidations, best practices and lessons learnt, audit results etc.,

OPF
Organization Process Focus - An organization is to plan, implement and deploy organizational process improvements in an orderly manner. Process Improvements come from sources like OPD i.e., process assets, metrics, audit results, appraisal results, lessons learnt, best practices etc.,
