Hi,

There are 3 options before you.

1) Try getting into leadership roles(Module Leader,Team leader)

2) Take up facilitating roles(Software Quality Assurance, Proficiency/Competency teams,client facing teams etc..)

3) Pursue a higher degree or higher studies.

I dont think there are any specific differences between India and US in terms of roles available.

Anways i guess there are no generic suggestions on the same abd hence we need to discuss on the case by case basis.
