Hi,i completed my MCA in 2003 and also did mainframes course.am presently working in a bpo in techinical fiels. My strong intrest is to work on mainframes. can u plz suggest me what should i do in this regards.

You won't believe but there are lot of opportunities in Mainframe and development. Try to dtudy OOP and C++ and then you can enhance in mainframe. You should try enrolling in various job sites like monsterindia.com, timesjobs.com.
