First turn off computer

turn it on after 15 second.bwhen you see your manufacture's logo, press F8 key from keyboard

select "safe mode"

Select windows XP home edition or windows XP proffessional edition.

click on administor icon

click on start-> contron panel-> user account

select user account. and then you can modifiy password, type of account, name of account etc

First repair the OS by using Repair option

after that you can easily change the password
