Hi,

According to me * preceeding the saved file indicates that the file has been changed by the user or edited by the user so after saving it once again the * will be removed.

Regards

Pravin

* preceeding indiactes that the currin GUI file in L1 needs to be saved means some changes have been done to the file and those changes have not been saved yet.

Guys I think there is a lot of confusion here. In My project I deal with GUI map files that range from L1 To L24. L0 is the temp.gui But L1 to L24 are already present. I make use of L21 very often. So there must be another explanation of why the alphabet L gets prefixed to the GUI file name.

L indicates that the GUI Map file has been loaded 0,1,2 etc indicates the numerical position of the GUI file in the entire list of GUI files * indicates that the GUI map file contents have been modified. The * sign will disappear when the GUI file is saved.
