Using tmadmin we can start the process scheduler
psadmin -p start -d database name.

$psadmin -p start/stop/status -d domainname
Few Applicatio server Options
$psadmin -c start/stop/status -d domainname
Few Search Server Options
$psadmin -s start/stop/status -d domainname
